In addition, without a sealed structure, ANDEN’s pre-charge relay meets explosion-proof requirements for use in high-voltage power supplies.
  Power PCB Relay ANDEN has created the smallest high current capacity PCB relays in its class, which can replace a 20A plug-in relay. The power PCB relay is available in two models with a different value of coil resistance to meet different requirements for low heat generation and power-saving . This series enable the creation of smaller and higher density packaging assemblies including junction boxes.

  Buzzer ANDEN offers a variety of vehicle interior buzzers and exterior waterproof buzzers for many applications. With a high-performance piezoelectric vibrator, in spite of its small and light package, they produce different beeps and volumes suited for their usage.   Emergency Stop Signal Relay This solid-state relay for brake lights makes them flash at very short intervals during hard braking to warn following drivers of a possible collision. The relay is provided with overcurrent and overvoltage protection to ensure high reliability.
W306 Hitachi Automotive Systems, Ltd.   Motor for Mild Hybrid MGU(Motor Generator Unit) is a main part of 42V hybrid system, and connected to the engine with belt. It is driven by PEB(Power Electronics Box) and it has motoring and charging functions.
  PEB Inverter for 2-mode Hybrid System PEB(Power Electronics Box) is used for 300V 2-mode hybrid system, and controls motoring and regeneration with 2 motors simultaneously. PEB contributes fuel economy improvement(consumption and emissions).
  Cylindrical Lithium-ion battery for HEV LIB-II has been mass-produced since 2005. More than 700 thousands of cells with high quality and high reliability have been delivered to the market for various HEV application.
LIB-III has achieved of thin electrode technologies realized higher output and longer life than that of LIB-II.
  Prismatic Lithium-ion battery for HEV Prismatic Lithium-ion Battery (LIB-IV) with the output power of 4500W/kg has been developed for HEV, contributing to the improvement of both vehicle performance and the fuel efficiency, resulting in the CO2 emission reduction.
  Fuel sub-system for DIG engines Hitachi can provide a fuel sub-system for DIG engines which are effective for reduction of CO2 emission. The engine performance will be improved by optimizing whole fuel control systems (including hardware and software), in conjunction with Hitachi’s original spray simulation technology.

The system realizes highly accurate obstacle detection such as vehicle and pedestrians detection. This system is adopted by as a key device for Subaru EyeSight*
We have also had monocular camera system development, that can be used for a sensor of various applications.

  ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance System) Controller Various Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS) functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation, Lane Departure Warning, etc. are integrated in a single controller. An ADAS controller can be used as a platform of vehicle control functions,and such platform will be useful for in cases of functional modification and/or multiple vehicle adaptation .
  Combined Sensor for Vehicle Control A Combined sensor for vehicle brake control features small package,and makes possible to measure biaxial acceleration and angular rate, simultaneously. We will evolve this sensor into a device which measure multi-axis inertia information and other physical properties with scalable ranges. This will be used for a vehicle stability control systems, and make possible to apply many control systems.
  Aluminum Rear Caliper with Built-in Parking Brake Function Hitachi’s aluminum rear disc Brake caliper utilizes aluminum cylinder body to reduce the weight in comparison to the traditional cast iron cylinder body. In addition, the ball & ramp parking brake mechanism allows for a smaller package.
  Semi-active suspension system Hitachi’s Semi-Active Suspension System is composed of high performance variable damping shock absorbers and an electronic control system which employs unique control logics specifically developed in-house. Utilizing newly developed continuously variable damping valve with pilot pressure control in shock absorbers, the system realizes smooth ride and responsive handling at the same time as a benefit of stable and precise nonlinear adaptive control logics.

  Electric Water Pump for Motor Cooling - Compact size is achieved by integrating the control circuit, motor and pump into one structure. This enables application of the product to a variety of vehicles.

  Pre-crash Intelligent Head Restraint - Contributes to the safety of occupants in cases of extremely high-risk of rear collisions by moving the head restraint forward
- The head detection sensor stops the head restraint immediately before contacting the head, so even if a rear collision does not occur, unpleasant feelings (pat on the back) are not felt by the occupants

-Reclining adjuster: angle stopper housed in the round gear has been changed to motor driven stopper to reduce size and mass of the round gear. It had the effect of making seat back frame thinner
-Slide adjuster: reduction gears which was placed front edge of seat track are integrated with motor unit to reduce rotational speed of driving rod. Sliding speed as well as vibrational and operational sound quality are improved
-Tilt/Lifter adjuster: structures are changed to sector pinion type from screw nut type to reduce number of parts and weight

jp Thin-type Body Weight Sensor -The world's thinnest sensor with height of 9.55mm can be installed even in a seat having a low seating surface
-The double end-supported beam structure employed in the strain area and the metallic foil gauge used in the strain detecting area allow for high levels of strength, performance, and reliability
  Variable Valve Timing (VVT) -The laminate vane type enables the phase displacement angle of intake and exhaust valves to be enlarged, allowing for high-speed and high-torque operations
-The block vane type can be made at lower cost, and it is capable of securing the intermediate flow stability by reducing oil leakage
-The optimum design, in combination with Aisin oil pumps, allows them to operate with high efficiency
