wp Mitsubishi Concept PX-MiEV Powered by the new Mitsubishi Plug-in Hybrid System, which significantly extends the frequency a hybrid vehicle is driven in EV mode, it returns fuel economy in excess of 50 km/liter. The Mitsubishi Concept-PX MiEV is a new-generation concept car that balances high environmental performance with running performance by utilizing differential motors and Mitsubishi’s all-new S-AWC, that utilizes E-AYC which transfers torque to the rear left and right wheels. Other features include Mitsubishi’s cocochi-interior, which provides occupants with a comfortable cabin environment, as well as many of the latest safety technologies.
wp i-MiEV CARGO Derived from the production i-MiEV, this concept maximizes the outstanding environmental performance and economic efficiency characteristics that define the EV and at the same time adds a generous amount of rear free space to extend the range of uses to which it can be put by corporate users and self-employed operators in particular. The rear space features space-efficient cubic dimensions to allow the user to exercise their imagination fully in adapting it for whatever use he/she chooses. The result is a concept for an EV that meets user needs for a variety of situations: from business use, where maximum payload space is required, to leisure and other individual owner uses.
i-MiEV The i-MiEV makes maximum use of the long wheelbase to install a large capacity lithium-ion drive battery under the floor and the power unit under the luggage compartment. This provides a cruising range that is ample for everyday use without compromising the generous seating or luggage space of the “i."The introduction of the MiEV OS (MiEV Operating System) — an advanced integrated vehicle management system into which the company has poured its wealth of know-how garnered from many years of EV research and development — has provided the kind of high performance and reliability that befits a new-generation EV.

Outlander The new Outlander comes with an electronically-controlled 4WD, a 6-speed Sports Mode CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), an economical high-spec aluminum block 2.4L MIVEC engine, and a platform with improved rigidity and crashworthiness. With an aluminum roof panel and mono-tube rear shock absorbers, the Outlander SUV provides a fulfilling ride that transcends the traditional SUV. In addition, the Outlander’s tailgate that opens up or down, allowing differing loading depending on weight or size of luggage, and with the touch of a button the second seat folds down automatically, providing pleasing utility. The Outlander is a “full-fledged on-road SUV” that balances both this utility and road performance, with a 7-seat version fitted a third seat stowed under the floor that allows space for 2 more passengers when needed.
Delica D:5 The fifth iteration of the series, Delica D:5 inherits and builds on the strengths of the Delica brand philosophy: a peoplemover that transports its occupants to their destination in safety and comfort under all driving conditions. Covering running performance, body structure and cabin environment, Delica D:5 has undergone a full redesign to a development theme of fusing minivan people-friendliness with SUV tough and strength. Therefore, Delica D:5 delivers monobox roominess and utility together with high levels of performance and stability in on- and off-road driving.
Colt While taking basic compact car performance (safety, fuel economy, low emissions, and peppy acceleration) to another level, the Mitsubishi Colt is a “compact car with quality that transcends its class” with its dynamic “one-motion form” styling and refined interior.
eK wagon The eK Wagon features unique convenience, peace of mind, and comfort with an electric-powered sliding door, a first for a non-“one box” minicar, and a user-friendly storage space.
Toppo The Toppo is a “tallboy-type” minicar that brings peace of mind and comfort with a roomy interior including the tallest ceiling in its class, vast window areas that provide a wide field of view, a low center of gravity that provides driving stability, and a “driver’s side multi-mode keyless entry system” that provides peace of mind when entering the car at night.
i "i" was developed as an innovative Premium Small Car that successfully overcomes the tradeoffs traditionally associated with the category: design and comfortable interior space; comfortable interior space and impact safety. Mitsubishi Motors has overcome these challenges by developing a new and innovative rear-midship layout that mounts the engine forward of the rear axle line and spawns three new "innovations" within the category’s dimensional constraints: futuristic and uptown styling; agile handling and a comfortable ride; and, excellent multidirectional impact safety.
Galant Fortis Sportback Galant Fortis has been developed to a product concept that called for “a global sporty sedan that delivers high and well-balanced levels of safety, comfort and environmental performance.” Development was aimed to create a new sedan distinguished by: a design that immediately identifies it as a Mitsubishi Motors sedan and gives expression to the feel, the purposefulness and the stable road stance associated with the sedan body style; and by a quality of handling and response and the particular flavor of ride that define the Mitsubishi Motors brand.
Pajero The Pajero also benefits from technologies and know-how fed back from the Dakar Rally, the most grueling endurance rally in the world. The Pajero retains the all-round independent suspension and Super Select 4WD-II (SS4-II) driveline introduced in the 3rd-generation model to give it unmatched go-anywhere capabilities over all surfaces. New technologies distinguishing the new model include an upgraded Active Stability & Traction Control (ASTC) system that can accommodate the installation of a new rear differential lock, a weight-reducing aluminum engine hood, and stiffer body joins and use of more plated steel sheet for improved durability and reliability. A new sound system and classy uptown interior also contribute to making the new Pajero a premium-value global-standard all-round SUV.
wp Mitsubishi P-Hybrid System The Mitsubishi Plug-in Hybrid System’s front and rear wheels are powered by two permanent magnet synchronous motors and is also fitted with a 1.6L DOHC MIVEC gasoline engine which can power the front wheels as well as work as a generator. In addition, the vehicle comes with the newly-developed Mitsubishi Plug-in Hybrid System in which electronic circuitry automatically switches to the optimum drive mode for different driving conditions and remaining energy in the drive battery to extract maximum efficiency from the electric motors and from the gasoline engine.
